Birthing the Idea…

In the summer of 2013 my daughters and I launched our custom pillow business. It was a great way to teach them all about entrepreneurship, customer service & using their talents & gifts to create change. Now that they are both College students I am still creating and loving every minute of it!

Here at NGC we create with your spirit & heart in mind with hopes to help you keep your vibes high by spreading love & empathy one item at a time!

  • Where is the store based?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR NGC TO COMPLETE A CUSTOM ORDER?

    Our turnaround time is 2 BUSINESS WEEKS from the time payment is made. Once the payment has been made then production will begin. Once complete pictures will be sent along with your tracking information.

  • WHAT IF I NEED MY ORDER TO BE COMPLETED ASAP?

    If you’d like your order to be rushed (1 BUSINESS WEEK TOTAL) there will be a $15 RUSH FEE in addition to the total of your purchase. *NO EXCEPTIONS

  • DO YOU OFFER PARTIAL PAYMENTS?

    Yes but that would be if you were to contact us directly to place our order by emailing us at [email protected]

  • DO YOU DELIVER?

    Yes, upon request ONLY. Once your items are complete we will contact you and decide on a public place to meet.

  • I PLACED AN ORDER BUT NEED IT SENT TO ANOTHER LOCATION. WHAT DO I DO?

    When placing your order specify that it is a GIFT FOR SOMEONE and needs to be sent to their address. We will include a greeting card letting the recipient know that the gift is from you free of charge!

  • I SEE AN ITEM THAT I LIKE ON YOUR WEBSITE BUT I WANT IT IN DIFFERENT COLORS. WHAT DO I DO?

    When placing your order please include in the subject area any changes you’d like to be made and we will notate that when creating for you.
